Order Processing

All of our products are made to order using a print-on-demand service. This means each item is created especially for you once your order is placed. Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and production before shipment.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items in your order. From time to time, we may offer promotions such as free or discounted shipping.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at wtfisthemusicindustry@gmail.com. We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue promptly.
